We have a job portal. daily almost 1000 new jobs and more than 500 old jobs remove from our website and sitemap
Like this google crawl almost 20000+ removed jobs which is not anymore on our website. But what we did . we move all removed job url to 301 redirect to a latest job listing page

Like this now google show me 173,462 Page with redirect in webmaster tools. like google have 173462 removed jobs in webmaster but all are 301 redirected to live job listing page

Will it effect my SEO? is it bad for seo?

If we display page not found in removed pages is good?

Kindly help me to solve this issue
