You have to use 301 redirection to say the search engine your page has another url and doesn't exist anymore in the current one. I never use 302 redirection because it is not necessary.

First of all i would like to tell, there are two types of redirections:

301-permanent
302-temporary

And if one just wants to direct traffic to the new website, 302 should be used but
if the site owner wants the link juice also be transferred to the new website from the old one, 301 needs to be implemented.
As per your question, you have given it a permanent re-direct, so it definitely effect its ranking if you perform a reverse move.

301 redirects are used to permanently move a site to a new location. Search engines do not apply penalties to 301 redirects the way they apply them to many other types of redirects. You have to change file names or move pages around, it's the safest option. The code "301" is interpreted as "moved permanently".

I think 301 redirect works. I moved one of my domain from .com to .in and within few days all the backlinks were indexed by google and ahref. It was same website with tld change only, website content remains the same. But i don't know how does it affect using other websites.

What do you mean by 301 inner loop?? I have one site A, I redirect it to B then after some time I feels using A was much better now if I will redirect B to A now after deleting the previous redirect(A to B). will it effect or affect???

why redirect B->A? instead, you can remove the previous redirection A->B also.

A 301 redirect is a permanent redirect which passes between 90-99% of hyperlink equity (ranking power) to the redirected page. 301 refers back to the HTTP fame code for this kind of redirect. In most instances, the 301 redirect is the exceptional method for imposing redirects on a website.
