1. Site's authority is very much important like DA, PA should be greater than 20.
2. Website should not be spammy, the spam score should be less than 3.
3.  Should be relevant according to our posting just like if we do blog commenting for a website development business in a tourism related site, then no use.
4.  Site's content quality should be very good.

All you've to check is the relevance of backlinks.

Make sure you don't have any of these backlinks on your website:

1.) Link coming from a Website with MOZ Rank <1 and Alexa > 5lac and Domain PR <=1.

2.) Link coming from a site which is not ranking on any keywords.

3.) Domain Detected as Malware, malicious activity or a virus.

4.) Links coming from a domain which is not indexed.

5.) Link from a Domain whose age is more than 2 yrs and Domain PR <1.

Also, only get keep those websites which are relevant to your business niche/domain/content.

That's beyond easy with Serpstat:

* Besides the flow metrics under Backlink Analysis section, there's a bulk domain analysis tool that can be applied to profiling your backlinks authority and trust.
* Enter your domain name into the search bar, click Search and go to Domain Analysis / Batch Analysis.
* Enter your referring domains (up to 200), tick the necessary metrics and databases and click Get Data.
* Serpstat will display aggregated data on the queried domains which would provide you insight into the quality of your backlinks.
