Don't learn blackhat techniques. It is not for long term. I agree it can help but for only short term but after that your site is finished! If I were you I will read blogs by SEO Experts who do the technical SEO and white hat strategies. Danny Sullivan, Neil Patel, Jason Acidre, Dan Thies, Eric Ward, etc... Read their websites or blogs and you can learn some good stuffs.

As per my view its not good to go with Black Hat techniques. You can get result faster but it can also be resulting in permanent banned by Search Engines. You should stick with White Hat.
