The terms "Bot Browser" and "User Browser" refer to different types of web browsers that interact with websites.

A bot browser is a software application that simulates the behavior of a web browser but is typically used for automated tasks, such as crawling and indexing web pages for search engines. Bots, also known as web crawlers or spiders, are programmed to visit websites and collect information, which is then used by search engines to index and rank web pages for search results.

On the other hand, a user browser is the browser used by a human user to access and interact with websites. Examples of user browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

The distinction between bot browsers and user browsers is important because some websites may behave differently depending on the type of browser accessing them. Some websites may take measures to prevent bots from accessing certain content or performing specific actions, while allowing user browsers to do so. This can be done using techniques like CAPTCHAs or checking the user agent string, which is a piece of information sent by the browser to identify itself.

In terms of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), bot browsers are essential for search engines to crawl and index web pages. By understanding how search engine bots interact with websites, SEO professionals can optimize their websites to ensure better visibility and rankings in search engine results.

The BOLT Browser was a web program for cell telephones including gimmick telephones and cell phones that can run Java ME applications. The BOLT Browser is offered gratis to shoppers and by permit to Mobile system administrators and handset producers. Bolt is created by Bitstream Inc., the organization which awhile ago delivered the Thunderhawk for Mobile system administrators and handset makers.

Unfortunately you do not provide any context in which case the terms "Bot Browser" or "User Browser" are being used. That being said, I assume it is being used in the case of the crawler vs the users browser (Firefox, Chome, etc.).

Typically in the past, crawlers did not execute Javascript and also did not actually render the webpage. So there is a difference in what the bot saw, and what the user saw. This is why you had to ensure that the bot was able to access all your content without Javascript, otherwise it would not be able to index your dynamically requested content (i.e Ajax).

Nowadays Google uses Webkit (Blink) as its crawler / "bot browser", so it is able to execute Javascript and also render your page as it appears to ordinary users.

Hope this helps.
