Yes you can submit the same article to a various website but it is not good for Google Search Engine because it's mean by copypaste issue.

I will not suggest to post same article on various sites because search engine will consider it as a duplicate content. Better you can invest time on writing new article or hire some good content writer who can help you in writing unique and quality content which will help you in long term to get higher ranking and better result.
