Do search engine such as google detect unnatural linking pattern by checking the class C IP address of the page where the link to the website originates? Is this true or false. Some says it true & some says it false. I need proper explanation.  i can't find proper answer on internet. please help me to solve this.

Unnatural links means links which have been made specifically for SEO purpose.
Class C IP is one of those unnatural links factors.
As per Google, if you are making links for SEO purpose & you don't have to caught by any algorithm spam effect then you should get links from different IP's that means if you are taking links which are hosted in same IP which has Same C class IP, those links are consider as a single link & more links are found there so that you are spam.
