You need to check your backlinks and content for the website, because they are the only sources for building authority to your domain.

SEOMoz is a third party, always hard to guess exactly how their algo works. The most likely thing is you lost some links. Links disappear naturally over time, it can take a crawler a long time to catch up.

Your website gets Domain Authority and Page Authority according to the actual websites that are referring your website. And if that particular website with good DA and PA, will pass you the some of its link juice to boost up your DA and PA. Try building links with websites having good DA and PA. Writing articles on Blogs and Guest Posting are one good ways to get you Great backlinks.

Domain authoriy and page authority depends on the content and age of it. The old your website is the more it gains the DA and PA. But instead of that if your website content is not genuine or it has some duplicacy or low quality backlinks have been made on your main domain then also your ranking will diminish quickly. So, be aware of it.

Whereas Domain Authority measures the predictive ranking strength of entire domains or subdomains, Page Authority measures the strength of individual page.

There are so many things that factor into this score  and is further complicated by the fact that the crawl will not crawl every domain every time. This means you may see less / more "linking domains", and "linking c-blocks" which are factors in DA and PA.

I must say your site has been hit by Google because after hitting a site by any update made by Google website started loosing their domain authority and page authority.
I would give you some recommendation.

1. Check your webmaster tool. Did you receive any message from Google?

2. Check out your total back links and and remove all bad or low quality links.

3. Try to create quality back links from high domain authority site.
