Doorway pages is a part of Black hat SEO. Doorway pages are simple HTML pages that are customized to a few particular keywords or phrases, and they are programmed to be visible only by specific search engines and their spiders. The purpose of these doorway pages is to trick the search engines into giving these sites higher rankings; this sounds okay until you realize that they are not static destinations.

Doorway pages are web pages created solely for attracting the attention of  Search Engine Crawlers in an attempt to boost a site's ranking in the result pages of search engines. Doorway pages cannot actually be navigated to  through
the index page of the website  they represent, rather doorway pages are intended only to be visible when you search for keywords through a search Engine.

Doorway pages are web pages that are created for spamdexing. This is for spamming the index of a search engine by inserting results for particular phrases with the purpose of sending visitors to a different page.

In my opinion, these sort of pages are in a closet, bad SEO. Generally, the basics of search engine optimization are very simple, and it does not include building invisible pasges full of twirled keywords in the hopes of getting rankd just a bit higherin the search results.  Also doorway pages are seductive for using, because they actually do attract both more search engine spiders and search engine users. Anyway, SEO is  best viewed in the long term, and these kind of pages are not part of a successful and  long-term SEO strategy.

Doorway Pages have been created for the main purpose of ranking highly in the search results for one or two search terms, and are not normally an integral part of the website. It should be mentioned that if search engines didn't exist, neither would doorway pages.
