Title: Geographical location of links
Post by: amritmishra on 11-15-2014, 04:10:26
Hi everyone, Hope you all are doing fine. I have a question or rather a doubt which I would like to clarify from your valuable comments. I run a site named www.collegedunia.com similar to sites like shiksha.com and many more. It is a dynamic search engine for colleges in India. I am getting links for the site for a better SE result. The question that rose in my mind is " Whether the geographical links for your site matters or not?" I mean to ask that " If my site has relevancy in India and I am getting links from somewhere outside India will Google value the link? If not how will it have any adverse affect on my site? Are there any chances of getting penalized?"
