Hi Everyone,

Google penalized flight industry websites By removing their rich snippets. Google's John Mueller confirmed yesterday in a Google Hangout on Google+ that Google took action on major travel sites for showing product pricing rich snippets for airline prices.

Comments are welcome.

This is not really a huge issue. I have read that Google dislikes websites offering a bunch of products on one page, which most airlines and travel sites do. To avoid the penalty, refrain from posting different products in one page when your page clearly says 'flights to Hawaii'. People should only see results on Hawaii flights only; not a bunch of different products.

I have perused that Google despises sites offering a bundle of items on one page, which most carriers and travel locales do. To maintain a strategic distance from punishment, shun posting distinctive items in a single page when your page obviously says 'flights to Hawaii'. Individuals should just get comes about on Hawaii flights just; not a pack of various items.
