If you are new to SEO, I suggest you should go for SEO Expert. Or consult them to get the proper solution. Without analyzing the work, we can't suggest anything. Because keyword density isn't the only factor that matters in Ranking your website.

Quality of links also matters and an optimized website can make a huge difference.

Since when you are doing SEO? it takes time to rank in top #3! It also depends on the keywords, competition, and niche.

In SEO, it will take some time to rank on 3rd position, it all depends on keywords competition.

Yes, it works fine. You can use single words or word combinations. Important is the first word in Title, then it wanes. Be careful with the description (not too long). H1, H2 and H3 concentrate on the middle word (word combination). I always use H1 in combination with H2 or H3. Alt is obvious for pictures, maximum 3-4 on the page and in the right order. Never use Strong, replace it with Bold. -But-, most importantly is the Body, especially the part at the beginning and at the last part of the end. Look at each sentence so that important words come in the right order, such as Silver... Bracelets or Bracelets ... Silver and of course only "silver bracelets".
Plus, if you have a URL that fits with words or word combinations, it will be even better. I myself came up in 6.9 out of 7 possible in terms of 2-word combinations, but then I was just over 15 for single keywords. 3-word combinations are more difficult. Examples of the correct order among keywords: silver bracelets, silver, jewellery, liquid, silver necklaces and so on. (liquid silver is a special piece of jewellery). Social links matters, and if you have a very significant external link so you can give it a place. I have UNESCO with a contract.

Good Luck  :)

With all of the recent Google algorithm changes we have seen, traditional tactics like keyword research and targeting, page tagging optimization, and on-page content updates don't have the impact that they used to.

More importantly, every website is unique. This means that using a certain tactic doesn't guarantee a specific result for your website.

The same change could impact websites differently, which is why it's important to make continuous improvements, test new strategies, monitor performance, and adjust as needed.
