There are many factors may be your website get panalyze or please check your website contents, it should be unique.
check your backlink and quality of backlinks, you can check those links GWT and if you want to remove those links then put a request here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main

There is no such way to check quality backlink,  But before building backlink you can quality of that site, where you want to build backlink. You can also check spam score via moz's opensiteexplorer tool.

You can download the backlink report from your webmaster tool and check it manually. This is the best and easy way to analyse each and every backlink. DA and PA should be greater then 30 for every backlink.
