Hi,
How to know whether my website is indexed or not after the new update?

A Google indexed pages checker can be used in the following way:
1.Enter your URL in the Google indexed pages checker.
2.The URL is the website that you are wishing to check about its ranking or webpage content value.
3.Click continue to receive the results of your scan.

If you upload new sitemap after certain interval of time , it will definitely help you improve indexed status of your website . The latest webpages get indexed by the crawlers which definitely increase your number of indexed pages.

The easiest way you can do is to use search operator "site:yourwebsite.com" and check if your web pages are indexed. The results show all of your site's pages that have been indexed, and the current Meta Tags saved in the search engine's index. If none of your pages appear, it means that your site has not yet been indexed.
The second way is to check your Google Search console where you can see how many pages have been indexed by Google.

Whatever URL you want to see is indexed or not on Google just put that URL with site: for example go to Google search "site:yourwebsite.com" the result will show that URL is indexed or not if it is indexed the that URL will appear otherwise will not appear in return.

There are multiple options to check website index status, type site:domain.com on google search box, cache:domain.com and if you have access of Google Search console, then also you check index status.

I hope the above answer will help you to check website index status.
