 Need more onpage optimization. Create an XML sitemap and submit to google webmaster tool. This will help the search engines to know all the pages of your website. Update your website every day by adding more unique content. Do search engine optimized, I think article submission, social bookmarking, blog posting, social networking.

A good explanation is already give by the seomastering.com forum members , indexing will be done once you will add the page in Google index. But on more thing is there even if you don't create the index it does not mean you site will not be index as sitemap only help Google to index the structure of your website. Otherwise Google itself create the site index for website.

submit to directories, use blog to put in back links.
