Go to the disavow links tool page.
Select your website.
Click Disavow links.
Click Choose file and choose the file you created.
It can take a few weeks for Google to process the information that you upload. Your list will be incorporated into our index as we recrawl the web and reprocess the pages that we see.

Identify your bad links (you'll find how exactly from this article).
Search for the contact information of the website you have the link on.
Contact the webmaster asking him to remove the link.
Disavow the links and upload the file to Google.

Always first try to remove the links manually as this is a requirement from Google. Remember that when you're disavowing it's about the whole domain. You can disavow links of your choice from a certain domain.

The better option is Online YouTube Tutorials for the Google Disavow Tool. They will surely help you to find the right way to Disawov as I also watch some Tutorials on YouTube. I was too worried to understand the right way but Tutorials helped me  !-!

Here are some steps that you need to follow in order to disavow links

1. Go to the disavow links tool page.
2. Select your website.
3. Click Disavow links.
4. Click Choose file and choose the file you created.

Google will require some time (maybe 2 or 3 days) in order to disavow links
