How We Can Target UAE from [.com] Domain?

We are Web designing and development company in Mumbai. We are thinking to target UAE country.

Do we need to create sub domain for UAE e.g. (UAE.xyz.com) or Subforlder e.g. (xyz.com/UAE) which one is better for SEO point of view?

Our website is : notiontechnologies.com

If your website registration address is of UAE, then you need not to worry about the domain extension, just concentrate on local SEO. Focus on certain key off page activities that will help you out with the local rankings.
