Google provides the Cached option while searching. When it searches certain site it gives cached option just after the URL is written. You can also search by using cache & indexed commands/tags if your site is indexed or not.
There is no faster way to index your site. You can submit sitemap to Google & Update that in webmaster. From Updation Google will come to know that there is something updated on your website Or it is newely created one.
