In my views the last (3rd) one is better because here you are providing specific keywords with the separators and one more important thing is that your keyword is coming on the first position of the title.

Hello,

A good tip to use is once you have picked your keywords, when you are putting them into the body of your text you can put them in headings, such as <h1> <h2> and also putting them in bold font helps with the weighting of the keywords, so the search engines will value it more highly.

Just a small, yet effective tip.

If you want your article, post, or video to have a chance at a high ranking by search engines you must choose your title and color your content based on keyword research. Finding highly searched title keywords is your first step toward being found on the internet.

Many people pick their titles based on what they think sounds good or clever, never giving one thought to the likelihood those exact title words are ever searched for on the internet.

Keyword in titles are very important for getting high SERP rankings.
Also, SEs use these keywords to discover what your web page is all about.

It will be good if you place your keyword in with in first 7 words in your title.

Does it make any difference in terms of SEO by changing the position of the keyword on the title? Such as using it at the beginning (the first word) or at the last?

This is an example:
Our target SEO keyword is: Yarn

Which title should be better?

1- Yarn Paradise
2- Your Brand Yarn
3- Yarn Center | Your Brand's Yarn

OR all these don't make any difference?

From my experiences and knowledge, it's better to have the keywords at the beginning. Take lose weight as an example. "Lose weight fast" would be a better SEO keyword than "Tips to lose weight" in my opinion.

stunning boy

using keyword at title shows the keyword importance and it is a good practice to keep your main keywords at the title & i will suggest you the 3rd one  Yarn Center | Your Brand's Yarn

as long as the phrase is readable with the keyword in it, the position doesn't matter..
