Keywords Ranking Problem

Hi,

I am doing SEO of my website in which i have targeted 10 keywords. I am working since last 4 months but still 4 keywords not listed in google out of 10.

I have tried each activity of SEO but still not getting result.

Here are those keywords which i have targeted. 1) Birthday Gifts ideas for women, 2) New baby gift ideas, 3) best gifts for kids, 4) home decoration ideas. Yes first three keywords are high competitive and fourth one is medium competitive.

All these keywords are 3-5 phrase keywords.

I am trying since last 4-5 months but not getting even listed for these keywords.

If your website is new, it will take some time to get ranked. What are strategies you are doing? Social media marketing also very important to drive traffic and to get ranked fast.

You need to concentrate on high authority link building and also produce good content to your website. This will help to rank your website faster in search engines.

Ranking of a site depends a lot on your competitors. If you are going for a harder keyword you will need more authority which you gain with high quality backlinks.

Don't worry it will take time because of keyword competition. If keyword have high competition than it will take time. Do only smart work don't do the bulk submission. Only build unique and high PR links.

Have you checked your on-page optimization? Make sure sitemap is indexed and you have place proper canonical tags or 301 redirects. And also make sure you have put robot.txt files.

I just had a glimpse of your website and as per my everything is fine at first look. There are some suggestion below.

(1) You need to focus on content heading tags and try to add exact match keyword in it.
(2) Wait for sometime and keep doing the SEO activity as their is a very high competition some of your keywords and it will take time for high competitive keywords to be get ranking in top positions.

Have you uploaded XML Sitemap and added the web page what are you targeting in XML Sitemap?

1. Look back your on-page factors again.
2. Run SEO audit and solve the errors.
3. Check your site's current status.
4. Check you competitor and find about their content, keywords and where from they are garnering back links.
5. Content is king, check your content for uniqueness.
6. Check with google punishing factors.
7. Build back links from quality blogs or forums
8. Emphasis on SMM.
