For that you have to do following activity.....
1) Blog Posting
2) Forum Posting
3) Image Sharing
4) Business profile site creation
5) Classified
6) Web 2.0
7) PDF submission

From this list do just first 2... don't spam however. Read article, comment on it and mention you are dealing with same/similar theme. Look how natural comments look like and try to replicate same experience. Don't be bot, don't spam, provide value, and try to leave your comment 1st ideally. sometimes leave link in actual comment sometimes don't... that needs to be tested.
