Nofollow directory submissions can still have benefits for your site, although they may not directly contribute to your search engine rankings. They can help increase your website's exposure and attract some referral traffic. Additionally, having a diverse link profile with both nofollow and dofollow links can be seen as more natural by search engines. It is important, however, to be cautious when submitting to directories and ensure that you choose reputable ones to avoid any negative impact on your site.

As of me Google don't give any value to nofollow links but your sites are getting nofollow links from good sites then your website crawl rate and visits can be increased.

Though it doesn't added much value still no follow links are helpful in giving you some traffic, so there's no harm I guess in linking to no follow for as long as it's high in traffic and you know you will get some good traffic from it.

Mostly all the web directories provide you dofollow links. However in directory submission focus upon high authority, high traffic, high PR, do-follow websites.
