RSS feeds really help to provide real time visitors to your website. RSS submission is beneficial for website SEO.

Yes, RSS feeds are very much helpful in driving traffic towards your website/blog but it will have no effect on SERP's. So your objective is to generate traffic then RSS feeds will help you for sure but make sure you submit then properly.

RSS Feed is the XML based content format which is helpful in promoting the website without advertisements and also helpful in distributing the news, contents, texts and lots more. RSS Feed is helpful in generating the back links and gaining high traffic to your website.

Yes RSS is one of  the factors that can drive traffic to your website as well as rank your keywords. Put your keywords both specific(exact) and LSI(Synonyms) in your post title. Do blog commenting, engage with other members, and get started.

Well, given the number of scrapers that live off RSS feeds, I would not recommend offering your complete content as feeds (although for the scraper, they can still get it through other means). I would see RSS feeds as more of a traffic building tool than SEO - with RSS, you can syndicate your content on news aggregators. If there are mobile apps that offer industry news, they will use your RSS to aggregate. And although Google Blogsearch is dead, I would presume, Google still uses RSS feeds to categorize content sources as blogs and could probably use them in ranking for those keywords that need fresh content.

Good day! RSS helps people to subscribe to your content easily. This allows readers to receive your updates directly on their mailboxes. In addition, RSS could also give you good search engine visibility on social networking sites and expand your reader base largely everytime they share, or link you posts to their own social media accounts. Goodluck!
