Pinging my backlinks

I'd say empty your cache and try to avoid pinging everyday, but as long as you do that I would definitely recommend pinging!

If you're using quality sites then you don't need to ping your back links because Google automatically crawl quality sites. I suggest you to always post links on quality sites. Low quality sites won't help you anymore.
