Ranking Suddenly Dropped?

Hello All,

It has been 1 week, my keywords site ranking dropped. I don't know the reason.
Is there any Google's latest Update?

Any help would be really appreciated.

You can check out any message in Google webmaster tool for any website errors. The ranking can drop due to several reasons depending on a search engine update. But we haven't got an update recently though.

Thanks for your valuable comment. I have already checked out Webmater Tool. There is no any message from Google. Now, I am confused.

Can you specify which URL you are talking about? Hard to give advice otherwise.

there hasnt been any major update  but make sure your site is not penalised by google.It can reduce the rank. keep a  check on your spam links too

Rankings of must be viewed regualrly so that you can get to know what is its position and what you need to do to maintain it for long time. If your keyword raning is going down you should check your website On Page in Google webmaster to find the error if needed. Other than that you have to search on the internet for Google updates. If there is any update then you have to reframe your website as per the norms of it. Just remember Google can violate your website at anytime if it does not follows the algorithms of it.

To understand what sort of problem you're dealing with, start by checking the index status of your site in Google Webmaster Tools. Navigate to the "Index Status" section of the tool, beneath the "Google Index" heading on the left. If you dropped 10 or more positions, then something in the algorithm probably decided to demote your site.

Firstly check your keywords position & margin through which they drop. If there is very less margin then it is of no worry & if it is dropped by huge margin then it may be due to spam OR over-submissions.
