To be honest with you, whether SEO is worth it or not depends on the value of the service you are providing.

If your hosting charges (and your profit margins) are currently low per customer, then possibly SEO may not be worth investing in (depending on your the search volume - but most likely scenario).

However, for professionals who offer services or sell products that cost thousands of dollars, it is very much worth investing. In fact, it can be one of the best forms of advertising with the kind of long-term benefits that other advertising methods do not have.

Search Engine Optimization is the procedure of optimizing your website to get seen by more people. Some people really think SEO means to get more sales.  Yes if you do apply correct marketing strategy, then you will have more sales and conversion. SEO is part of online marketing not all of it.

In a word, yes.

But probably won't add that many benefits to someone who is struggling to rank eCommerce or just starting making money online.
It isn't that hard actually to run some traffic to your website, but it's harder to diversify your sources. So in case if something goes wrong,
what alternative sources would you still have.

Of course it is effective, as long as you know how to actually do it right! For a business, it is one of the best ways to get free organic traffic consistently without having to pay for every click.

If you get 100 backlinks from the same domain, it’s not going to blast you to the top of Google. But if you get 100 backlinks from 100 different domains, you are in business.

For me, SEO is important because imagine there are millions or billions of blogs out there that need attention or waiting to be found.

If you are industrious in spreading it out by yourself, then it's your call. But you should consider the time that it requires for your website to be seen and found.

Promoting and marketing your site in Facebook or Google will really work but you should study how to do it.

Doing On Page SEO and Off Page SEO Optimizations onto your website or blog are ways for it to be found in Google or any search engines when people search for certain keyword.

Try seodataservice website and see if their services would entice you to avail one of their packages.

I hope you will not stop improving and promoting your website. More power!

1. Social Networking Sites - Social Networking is bigger than ever these days! Sometimes known as “Online Reputation Management,” getting involved with social media sites is the fundamental step with which you begin to advertise, market and build your online reputation within your niche.

2. Blogging - Blogging is one of the best ways to promote your website online! By writing a blog for your website, you give a reason for visitors to keep returning to your site and keep up to date with your latest posts.

3. Forum Marketing - Find forums online that are related to your sites niche and get involved within that community. Reply to threads, answer peoples questions, offer advice, etc. This all helps to build up your reputation as someone who is an expert within that niche.

4.Local Listings - Depending on your site’s niche, you might find that listing in local directories may be useful. You may have a website promoting your local business.
