Should I include 404 pages of PR 2 in robots.txt file?

My website has 3 webpages that has been removed long before, thus it shows 404 errors.
Out of those 3 pages, one page has PR-1, while other 2 pages have PR-2.
Those webpages have low quality back-links and I don't want it to affect my whole website.
I had submitted those pages twice in Webmaster by creating remove URL request, even then it gets appeared in the URL crawl errors.
So, I just want to know whether is it a good idea to submit the 404 error webpages in robots.txt file?
Also, I want to know that... will it affect my Website's PR?

Please seek for any clarification if needed.
Thanks in advance.  :)

Even if you put them in robots.txt they will still appear in search results. You did the right thing by using the URL removal tool, but sometimes they still reappear, which is really annoying. It happens to me all the time. The low quality backlinks from those pages won't affect your whole website. My advice is to keep removing them from Google's index, maybe they will eventually disappear for good.
