I am facing huge ranking up/downs from last week. Is there any Google update released apart from mobile friendly update?

it;s due to core algoritham updates on Google. in last weekend Google update there core algorithm and most of web master faced Good impression.

The sudden ranking fluctuations can be the cause of Google ranking update. The process is usually referred to Google dance. yes do check if you are getting any messages on webmaster tool. Might be some bad neighboring links effecting so carefully check both your on page and off page optimization

Google dance has always been a common phenomenon, especially when you are proactively trying to work on a website's rankings. But I have also noticed a surge in fluctuations since the Penguin update a couple of months ago, more so on the bottom of the first page and pages 2 and 3, a lot of sites seem to be jumping back and forth and are taking quite a while before they settle down, but even then not completely, except for people at the very top who seem be there quite stable.

Sometimes we are facing sudden change in ranking; it's due to Google update its index/database or algorithm updates.
