If you want get high ranking of YouTube Videos. Always increase watch time of your videos. Slowly they will get high ranking in YouTube and a time will come when these videos will also appear in Google Searches

There are both on-page and off-page.

On-Page is as mentioned above:

• Title
• Description
• Tags
• Thumbnail (make sure you enter keywords in file name and geo tag if its local)
• Geo Location if its for local (in advanced video settings)
• Add to playlist (relevant name)

Off-Page:

• Share on social media (for social signals)
• Embed videos on websites (take embed code iframe)
• Link to your video with relevant anchor text

The best way that I found was searching for compitators videos, and when you find a bunch of them then use their video names on your videos description, and make them look contextual not some content farm, just create quality descriptiona and use others videos on your tags and also add them on your description, it will make your video appear on suggested videos of their channel.
