What areas do you think are currently the most important in organically ranking a site for a particular keyword?

As mentioned is the anchor text (link text) very important, but I think the single most important factors that most people overlook today, is the way relevancy has become increasingly important - specifically in two ways:

1. keywords in the domain name and title of your website
2. keywords in the domain name and title of the websites linking to your website

Google seems to be paying more attention to websites you have no control over, than to your own. The reason being, it is harder to manipulate i believe.
