Why is it showing "Fake PageRank Detection" for this homepage?

When I enter newbielink:https://www.luckywebs.co.uk [nonactive] in newbielink:http://www.seomastering.com/fake-pagerank-checker.php [nonactive] it says that it has Fake PageRank.

newbielink:http://www.luckywebs.co.uk [nonactive] 301 redirects to newbielink:https://www.luckywebs.co.uk [nonactive].

Is it because of SSL certificate installed? Would appreciate some insight into this.
