clicks represent the number of times a visitor clicked your ad, where as visits reflect the number of unique sessions initiated by visitors to a site.

Clicks and Visits are two different things with respect to Google. Clicks represent how many persons view your company ad and visit represent how many people visited your site to get some info from it to get some benefit from it.

In order to understand the difference between clicks and visits in Google, i suggest you to have a look at this comparative nameplate:

There is a big difference between clicks and visits. The click column is your reports indicates how many times your advertisments were clicked by visitors, while visits indicates the number of unique sessions indicated by your visitors.
Here are some differences:
- a visitor may click your as multiple times. When one person clicks on one advertisment multiple times in the same session;
- a user may click on an ad, asnd then later, during a deifferent session, return directly to the site through a bookmark. The referral information from the original visit wil be retained in this case, so the one click will result in multiple visits.
- a visitor may click on your advertisment , but prevent the page from fully loading by navigating to another page  or by pressing their browser's Stop button. AdWords still register a click.

Visit or Session can be stated as whenever the user enters the website and stay on the website for a time limit(30 min) is considered as session in analytics,whereas click is considered when the user just clicks to enter the website.It doesnot consider how much time did he spent on the website.

Hello, their are a lot of difference between such points, some of them are:
A “Click” is a click on your "AD".
A “Visit” is recorded when the Analytics Code is fired on the landing page of your website.
A "Click" is a term generally used in connection with campaigns because the most important information is - how many times did a particular campaign ad bring a visitor to my site?
A "Visits or Visitors" – The number of visits to your website. A single unique visitor could be responsible for many if about an hour passes between them taking action (eg they leave your website open on a tab in their browser and forget about it until they click on it an hour later).

It is professional minds in your issues!
