Hi Friends This is my website http://www.homesulike.com/ . I already do the off page seo. I get alexa rank decreasing, but i didn't get alexa backlinks. Please suggest me.

I advice you to install the Alexa module for chrome or Firefox. Than open your website and leave it. You will get a higher rank every day :)
I did this for my website http://afariat.com (http://afariat.com) which is a Tunisian advbertising website and i got more than 7 millions positions in 3 months !

I absolutely agree with Monikasahu. I never hear that we can get any backlink from Alexa. Homesulike, can you tell me more detailed about "backlink from Alexa"? What's your mean? ;)
If you mean that your website has not still indexed by Alexa so not enough date to show any index about your website. I think that your website is quite fresh and have published. You have to wait for a time :)
