Google shows very few links your site has.
Yahoo shows  enough that may satisfy the checker but it still not show all your links.

The reason is that Yahoo shows more backlinks pointing to your website as it counts nofollow links as backlinks and Google does not count nofollow links so you will find less number of backlinks in Google for your website.

I think Google webmaster Tools, it counts both dofollow and nofollow link even backlink from social.
Come back with this question. There is a difference when you check in Yahoo & Google, it's so common because each has different algorithm. You should use both of them for checking with full of backlinks

Yahoo lists your backlinks via the "link" operator, Google however will just return a random sample of your backlinks (often none). It doesn't mean they haven't indexed the links, it just means they don't like to broadcast them!

(Same answer as you were given here and here if you'd followed the advice given by dzine)

DO NOT USE GOOGLE SEARCH TO CHECK YOUR BACKLINKS - IT DOESN'T WORK

If you're worried (don't be, they won't have missed them and anyway... what would you do if they had???) open an account with Google Webmaster Tools and wait a week, then you'll see a report of your backlinks as seen by Google (you've also been given this advice before)

Google is a company with an array of products that all integrate with search, the search engine being the flagship product. Bing is a search engine which powers a few other search modules. And Yahoo is not a search engine at all, but a web portal with a search engine powered by Bing.

The explanation is that Yahoo shows more backlinks highlighting your site as it considers nofollow joins backlinks and Google doesn't count nofollow connects so you will see as less number of backlinks in Google for your site.
