BlogSpot or Twitter?

1.Which one of these two blog site is better for me to start up and learn on HTML codes for constructing a new website? I'm new to all this HTML codes,well actually I don't know anything about it.
Really need some advices & tips from all of you bloggers.

2. Can I transform my blog pages to 3D and Flash?

Twitter isn't technically a full blown blogging environment the limit on the posts is too short. Micro blogging yes, but not true blogging, so you can't really compare the two.

I use twitter alongside my blogs, so you don't really need to choose one over the other, you can use both at the same time.

Neither, neither. Is twitter a blog? You can learn html without internet. But when you want to test what you have built, use free hosting. It won't work alone in blogspot or wordpress, unless you build the test-site with php and other codes, but it's just not a good idea to me.

Well I like blogger more because it is flexible to use and sometimes I dont like them as anytime they can delete your blog without any prior notice.
