When it comes to improving your site's search engine optimization (SEO), there are a few tips you can consider:

1. Ensure your content aligns with your target keywords: Make sure the keywords you're using in your content accurately match the intent of your target audience.

2. Optimize page titles and meta descriptions: Craft unique and compelling titles and descriptions for each page on your site, incorporating relevant keywords.

3. Create high-quality backlinks: Try to build links from reputable and relevant websites that point back to your site. This can help increase your site's visibility and credibility.

4. Improve site speed: Slow-loading sites can negatively impact search rankings. Optimize your site's performance by compressing images, minifying code, and leveraging caching techniques.

5. Enhance user experience: Make sure your site is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly. A positive user experience can lead to better engagement and improved search rankings.

6. Conduct keyword research: Use tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to identify relevant keywords for your industry. Look for keywords with high search volume and low competition, and incorporate them into your content strategically.

7. Optimize your on-page elements: Ensure that your website's title tags, headers, URLs, and image alt text contain relevant keywords. This helps search engines understand what your content is about.

8. Publish high-quality and valuable content: Regularly update your site with fresh, informative, and engaging content that provides value to your audience. The more valuable your content, the more likely it is to attract organic traffic.

9. Promote your content: Share your content on social media platforms, participate in relevant online communities or forums, and consider guest posting on other reputable websites. This can help increase visibility and generate quality backlinks.

10. Monitor and analyze your site's performance: Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to track your site's performance, including keyword rankings, traffic sources, and user behavior. This data can provide insights into areas that need improvement.

11. Optimize for voice search: With the rise of voice assistants like Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant, optimizing your content for voice search is becoming increasingly important. Focus on using conversational language and long-tail keywords that match the way people speak.

12. Improve site navigation and structure: Ensure that your website has a clear and logical structure. Use descriptive anchor text for internal links to help search engines understand the content of your pages better.

13. Improve mobile experience: Mobile optimization is crucial, as a significant portion of internet users access websites through mobile devices. Make sure your site is mobile-friendly, loads quickly, and has a responsive design.

14. Utilize structured data: Implement schema markup on your site to provide search engines with additional information about your content. This can enhance the visibility and appearance of your search results, leading to higher click-through rates.

15. Monitor and disavow bad backlinks: Regularly monitor your backlink profile for any low-quality or spammy links. If you identify harmful backlinks, use Google's Disavow Tool to tell search engines not to consider those links when evaluating your site.

16. Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes: SEO is constantly evolving, so it's important to stay informed about new techniques and algorithm updates. Follow reputable SEO blogs, join forums, and participate in industry discussions to stay ahead of the curve.

17. Optimize for local search: If your business has a physical location, optimize your site for local search by including location-based keywords in your content and meta tags. Also, claim and optimize your Google My Business listing.

18. Monitor and improve site loading speed: Slow-loading websites can lead to a poor user experience and negatively impact your SEO. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to identify areas for improvement and make necessary optimizations.

19. Leverage social media: Engage with your audience on social media platforms and share your content regularly. Encourage social sharing of your content, as this can potentially lead to more visibility, traffic, and backlinks.

20. Conduct regular SEO audits: Perform regular SEO audits to identify any issues that may be affecting your keyword rankings. Check for broken links, duplicate content, and other technical SEO issues that can hinder your site's performance.

21. Improve user engagement: Encourage user engagement on your site by adding features like comments, ratings, or social sharing buttons. Engaged users tend to spend more time on your site, reducing bounce rates and improving your SEO.

22. Monitor competitor keywords: Keep an eye on what keywords your competitors are targeting and ranking for. This can give you insights into new keyword opportunities and help you stay competitive in your industry.

23. Utilize long-tail keywords: In addition to targeting broad keywords, focus on long-tail keywords that are more specific and have less competition. Long-tail keywords can attract highly targeted traffic and improve your chances of ranking higher.

24. Regularly update and refresh old content: Go through your existing content and update it with fresh information. Updating and repurposing your content can help improve its relevancy and SEO performance.

25. Consider seeking professional SEO assistance: If you're struggling to improve your keyword rankings, consider working with an SEO professional or agency that has expertise in optimizing websites for search engines.

26. Optimize your site for featured snippets: Featured snippets are displayed at the top of search results and can significantly boost your visibility. Structure your content in a way that answers common user queries concisely and effectively.

27. Implement a solid internal linking strategy: Create internal links between relevant pages on your website to help search engines understand the structure and hierarchy of your site. This can also distribute the authority and relevance of your keywords throughout your site.

28. Encourage user-generated content: User-generated content, such as reviews, testimonials, and comments, can help increase keyword diversity and add valuable content to your site. Engage with your audience and encourage them to leave feedback or contribute to discussions.

29. Optimize your website for rich snippets: Rich snippets provide additional information or visual enhancements in search results. Implement structured data markup to enhance the appearance and relevance of your search listings.

30. Regularly monitor and update your keyword strategy: Keep track of keyword rankings, search volumes, and trends using SEO tools. Evaluate the performance of your current keywords and adjust your strategy accordingly to target high-performing and trending keywords.

31. Leverage video content: Video content has become increasingly popular and can attract more users to your site. Optimize your videos for SEO by using relevant titles, descriptions, tags, and transcripts.

32. Utilize social bookmarking sites: Submit your site or individual pages to social bookmarking sites like Reddit or StumbleUpon. This can help increase exposure and generate traffic from users who discover and share your content.

33. Seek high-quality inbound links: Focus on building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites in your industry. Guest posting, influencer outreach, and creating valuable content that others want to link to are effective ways to acquire quality backlinks.

34. Implement responsive design: Ensure that your website is fully optimized for all devices and screen sizes. A responsive design enhances the user experience and can positively impact your search rankings.

35. Regularly monitor and analyze your competitors: Keep an eye on your competitors' SEO strategies, keyword rankings, and content. This can provide valuable insights and help you identify areas where you can improve or differentiate yourself.

36. Optimize for mobile-first indexing: With Google's mobile-first indexing, it's essential to have a mobile-friendly website. Ensure that your site loads quickly on mobile devices, has a responsive design, and provides a seamless user experience.

37. Utilize social media advertising: Consider running paid campaigns on social media platforms to increase your website's visibility and reach a targeted audience. This can help drive traffic to your site and potentially improve your keyword rankings.

38. Monitor and optimize for user intent: Search engines are increasingly focused on understanding user intent and delivering the most relevant search results. Ensure that your content aligns with the intent behind users' search queries to increase your chances of ranking higher.

39. Implement HTTPS: Switching to HTTPS (secure socket layer) ensures that your website is secure and encrypted. It not only enhances user trust but also gives your site a slight ranking boost in search results.

40. Improve your site's dwell time: Dwell time refers to the amount of time visitors spend on your site before returning to search results. Make sure your content is engaging, informative, and keeps users on your site longer. This can signal to search engines that your site provides valuable information to users.

41. Monitor and improve your website's crawlability: Ensure that search engine crawlers can easily access and index your site's pages. Use robots.txt files and XML sitemaps to guide crawlers and fix any crawl errors that may arise.

42. Leverage local SEO strategies: If you have a local business, optimize your site for local SEO by including location-specific keywords, creating location-based landing pages, and getting listed on relevant local directories.

43. Implement structured data for rich results: Add structured data markup to your site to provide search engines with detailed information about your content, such as reviews, ratings, and product information. This can help improve your chances of appearing in rich search results.

44. Monitor and optimize for voice search: Voice search is becoming increasingly popular, so optimize your content for voice queries. Focus on natural language and long-tail conversational keywords that people might use when speaking rather than typing.

45. Regularly update and repurpose old content: Review your older content, update it with the latest information, and republish it. This can help improve its relevancy, attract more traffic, and potentially boost your keyword rankings.

Also make sure that you have done the on page according to the keywords search volume, and competition. Then look for link building from high authority sites and share your content on social networks. At the end of the day analyze the content which must be unique and also interesting.

Just publishing the content and waiting for it to go viral by own is not the good marketing strategy. Once you hit the publish button, its really important to share the content with public. Share it on social networks like Facebook, twitter, post it in relevent groups.
Try to present it to larger number of audience.  !-!

If you only generate unique content, it can't improve ur position in SE. I think if traffic to your site is low, Google see it having low value. And the result, all kws drop. To solve this problem, you should utilize the power of social to generate more traffic and boost the effect of SEO.

Only building unique contents will not help rank your website in search engines. You need to build backlinks and practice various off page activities to improve ranking of your keywords in search engines.
