What are the alternatives to wordpress ?

Hi guys,

Forget blogger accounts and all the other ususal rubbish out there ? Are there any true alternatives to running a self hosted wordpress blog ? Need your help on this one big time! If you're gonna say Joomla, then don't bother. Never liked it... Anything else out there ?

Hey, nice list.. But you forgot to mention, Google's blogger as a alterntive to wordpress, its easy and updated with new templates.. Have a look to their templates, they are amazing...
