Driving traffic to your website requires a lot of hard work, and yes I might say that social media is one of the best channel to drive traffic to your website. Facebook, twitter and linkedin will be essential in promoting your website and target a lot of users to your account. Competition might be tight but trust me it will be worth it.

Aside from what I have mention above you can also do blog commenting, forum postiong, social bookmarking, etc, but remember that you must avoid publishing spammy content.

Other than link building, also ensure that you will be able to create relevant content. Know what your audience wants to read, always it in your audience perspective rather than yours.

Are you creating internal links to new content? What about meta descriptions? Optimizing for on-page SEO doesn’t have to take ages, and it could help boost your organic traffic.
