Alright, I've always used Dreamweaver because of it's easy access to a design view, but now it's just been pissing me off with it's terrible handling of CSS.

Is there a program that offers something similar to design view in Dreamweaver (I.E. dashed lines around div tags) that can read CSS without stupid problems messing up the design view-esque feature?

If so, please post what it is, and thanks!

I am always using 1st JavaScript Editor (yaldex.com) for creating pages. Not only javascript but html, php, asp and css
