New TLDs are more relevant as compare to old handful TLDs like .com, .org, .net and etc.

1. Relevancy = New gTLDs are more relevant because if you are from auto industry, you can choose .auto extension and .auto is better TLD than .com, .org, .net, .info and etc in terms of relevancy.

2. Faith = In future, people will faith on industrial TLDs like .auto, .food and etc. Suppose, a person needs online food then he will believe on .food.

3. Memorize = new industrial TLDs are easy to memorize.
