Can anybody can tell me what is the best link building techniques currently? How to get best links and how to rank only Off Page SEO techniques ::)

I totally agree with this. :) Just make sure that your content is compelling, informative, relevant and unique. It can build trust on the users. I would like to add one more strategy on getting links, you must be also active in social media. Creating a content is a half of content marketing and the other half is promoting your content. And today, the best way to promote is by social media. Social media has a huge advantage of having a huge amount of active users, by promoting your content on social media can let you earn links. :)
