Anchor text...
« on: 05-19-2016, 03:46:22 »
Anchor text is the clickable text in a hyperlink. The anchor text is also identified as the link title. An exact match anchor text has the same keywords tinted as the targeted keyword of a web page. Anchor texts are one of the many signals search engines use to decide the topic of a web page, and can direct to an internal or external web page.

The anchor text, link label, link text, or link title is the visible, clickable text in a hyperlink. The words contained in the anchor text can determine the ranking that the page will receive by search engines. It is the clickable text which is hyperlinked with the website URL to redirect traffic to your domain.

Anchor text is simply the visible and clickable text in a link. If you want to learn how create it, you will need to memorize a very simple HTML code: <a href="http://www.mywebsites.com/">anchor text</a> !

I am pretty amazed to find such a question here... I am sure there are thousands of different online resources that will give an answer to the thread creator... I don't get the idea to post such questions in a forum and expect to see the same answer (with different words) a lot of times ;)
