Firstly, backlinks from sites not related to your niche will not help you much to get better SERPs ranking it only helps you to get better PR.
And secondly backlinks is not the only factor that determines your SERPs ranking , try to optimize your site from other angles also.

Buy keywords that are related to your niche . For example , if your website is about medicine , then buy them from website about medicine but with big page rank.

First, make sure that the quality of the backlinks you have obtained is high. Low-quality or spammy backlinks can actually hurt your rankings. Also, consider the relevance of the backlinks to your targeted keyword and the overall content of your page.

Additionally, keep in mind that search engine rankings can fluctuate on a daily basis. It's possible that your page has temporarily dropped in the search engine results pages (SERPs) but may rise again in the future.

To address this issue, continue creating high-quality content and obtaining relevant backlinks. Monitor your website's performance in the SERPs and look for any other potential issues that may be affecting your rankings, such as page load speed, mobile-friendliness, or on-page optimization.

In the meantime, consider reaching out to experts in SEO or digital marketing for a more detailed analysis of your website's performance and potential strategies for improvement. Remember that SEO is an ongoing process, and consistent effort is key to maintaining and improving your rankings.

It's essential to conduct a comprehensive SEO audit to identify any potential issues that could be affecting your website's ranking. This audit should encompass various aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, technical factors, content quality, user experience, and off-page factors such as backlinks.

Start by analyzing the keywords you are targeting and ensure that they are strategically placed in your content, meta tags, and headers. Pay attention to keyword density and avoid keyword stuffing, as this can negatively impact your rankings.

Next, review the technical health of your website, including factors such as page load speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall site structure. Ensure that your website is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, as mobile-friendliness is increasingly important for search engine rankings.

Evaluate the quality and relevance of the content on your page. Is it engaging, informative, and valuable to your target audience? High-quality content is crucial for both user engagement and search engine rankings.

When it comes to backlinks, focus on acquiring high-quality links from authoritative and relevant websites. Avoid any black hat SEO tactics and prioritize natural link-building strategies.

Consider seeking professional assistance from an SEO consultant or agency to gain a more in-depth analysis of your website's performance and develop a customized strategy to improve your rankings. Remember that SEO is a dynamic field, and staying up to date with best practices and algorithm changes is crucial for long-term success.

In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, it's important to conduct a competitive analysis to understand how your competitors are performing in the SERPs for the same keyword. This can provide valuable insights into their strategies and help you identify opportunities for improvement.

Consider expanding your content strategy to cover a wider range of related keywords. Diversifying your keyword targeting can help increase your website's visibility and attract a more diverse audience.

Regularly monitor your website's performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These platforms provide valuable data on user behavior, website traffic, keyword rankings, and more. By analyzing this data, you can identify trends and areas for improvement.

Given your scenario, you should also investigate whether there have been any recent updates to the search engine algorithms. Major algorithm updates, such as those rolled out by Google, can significantly impact search rankings. Stay informed about any algorithm changes and adjust your strategy accordingly.

It's also worth considering the user experience on your website. Ensure that your website provides a seamless and positive experience for visitors, including easy navigation, clear calls-to-action, and valuable content. User experience is an increasingly important factor in search engine rankings.

Consider creating a robust social media presence to complement your SEO efforts. Engaging with your audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn can help drive traffic to your website and increase its visibility.

Lastly, if you're still encountering difficulties, it might be beneficial to seek the expertise of an experienced SEO professional who can conduct a thorough analysis of your website, identify areas for improvement, and develop a tailored strategy to enhance your search engine rankings.
