Competitor site with modified domain Name

I have a business client who is in real estate market and one of his competitor using the same Domain and added the word Toronto in front of it. The competitor also putting similar listings and content (modified content somewhat)on his/her website. The competitor also hijacked the Google business listing since both of the businesses in the same building. will this affect the ranking of our website? if yes then what negative effect will it put on our website ? please help  and provide me a valuable solution to tackle this problem I'm facing
