Did Google Penguin hit your website?

Many people have seen their earnings drecrease recently due to Google's Penguin and Panda updates. How are you coping with that? Hmmnnn, I wonder!

Though I, for one, wasn't affected...I'd suggest that those who were:
- Have variation in their anchor text
- Are not buying/ exchanging links
- Have their website compelling enough to pull natural backlinks
- Have no over-optimized on-page element
- Have all unnatural/ spammy links removed

- Stick to white hat, legitimate SEO work
- Stop any other kind of webspam they were indulged in

Same here managed to avoid update, but who knows what's going to be targeted next by Google.

A client of mine with a lot of link spam in the footer did end up getting de-indexed. I had sent a warning about this a few years ago, but they insisted on leaving it. It has now had a very large negative effect.

I also have same situation regarding Google penguin.I agree with that penguin effected sites based of footer link optimization or spamming links.

Yup, and still can't retrieve my previous position in Google search engine. I am Hopeless now.

After these two updates many web sites lost their ranking on SERP. To prevent from this panda and penguin affect you should have to remove copy content, use unique content for website, don't do over optimization like keyword stuffing, link farm etc... or remove spam links and many more things are involve in panda and penguin to hit sites. Google penguin hit my site after every effort i have shifted to another site. I think no one can retrieve after a penguin hit.

No,my site is not hitted by penguin untill,because I have a single site of mine,therfore I give my full attention on it,works for it ranking improvement and all other things which are necessary for a website.
