Hi
I have a wordpress site that i have installed woocommerce on mysite.com/shop and on mysite.com i got my posts.
I desided to make my homepage the shop. if i do that will it affect my rank? I'm not gonna change my theme or edit my posts ...ex...  I just want to show my product in the homepage and i'm not gonna delete anything! is that ok?

I don't quite agree with the first answer. Nothing is so straight forward with Google's algorithm today.
Really it comes down to the age of your site: how long has it been this way? And as mentioned above, where are the links, coming in to your site, landing.

If your site is young, or you have just some 10 links coming in, it won't really matter - unless these links are super high quality.

Besides, your site as a whole will share trust and relevancy. So you might not lose much. But Google would have to recalculate your position which might take up to 3 months.

If they they are connected with each other I don't think that it will create a great impact in terms of ranking. BTW how long are those website been up?

Yes, editing an article can affect its rankings. Editing an article that's already ranked and getting traffic can affect your rank. However, this isn't always the case. There are many examples of articles which have had no changes, but still rank on Page 1 of the SERPs for many years
