check the error code....paste that in to google and see the results or advice given.
Also what you could do is follow these steps

Uninstall completly
Use a registry cleaner to remove what ever dead leftovers.
go to mozilla.com and download the latest version. If the problem re-occurs it is mainly your computer....
Probably windows got some issues there or what ever operating system you have...
you might re-install windows..or mac OX or...linux or what ever system you have

Firefox flash plugin on your browser is not the same as with the commonly used,
Most browser with flashplayer an ActiveX Firefox browser plug-in is the flashplayer the plugin,
Because you are filled with the former ,
Firefox is not compatible with the ,
Does not recognize so always prompt you to install ,
If you installed the latter to solve the problem,
But the point,
Firefox and many web pages is not all the way ,
Will prompt you to install the latest flash plugin, ~
Need to refresh several times to enter,
(It seems to me how to refresh inaccessible ),
Perhaps only give up

I do face this FireFox crash problem, need some solution. Every time I come across this I will format my system.

i think that u use old version of fire fox or u have to uninstall it  and take new version
