Just for information, Real time search results are results from the social media websites including, social networking websites, blogs etc.
Now Google has shut down this service, so, there is no use in discussing its impact on SEO.

Even though the real time search deal between twitter and Google ends, in upcoming days Google improves real time search results with Google+ information.
