GOOGLE blogs problem

Hello,
I am working on a blog on which we produce unique and informative content, but in recent months the blog has a serious seo problem: It lost ranking on google.

The blog focuses on publishing informative articles that describe Moroccan institutions and events, plus some interviews with managers or heads of establishments of different Moroccan cities.
I reworked on the blog by optimizing or adding more text to the pages, images or useful information. What I have noticed that these changes have a good effect on the ranking because I've been able to gain a little visits on SEO (the number of visits generated has raised a bit).

I thought that this problem is also due to the outgoing links to the site. So, I limited the number of outgoing links in 3 maximum. Even if the links lead out to the landing pages that have a direct relationship with the subject or the keyword used (I can justify that by low bounce rate from visits driven to web site from the blog).

I optimized alts with descriptions that describe the images, optimization of titles etc.

I noticed another problem is that other blog recover our content and are better positioned than our blog and sometimes they show up on search results while we are completely absent.
By typing the same title of the blog, google shows on his results the fan pages where we shared blogs and content/ feed aggregators that have recovered our content while we are not on the results search.
