update again...now is Humming bird..It analyzes and makes sense of billions of pages in order to provide the most relevant search results. The update included a major rewrite of Google’s entire algorithm, affecting more than 90% of search results. The Hummingbird update is capable of understanding longer and more complex searches. For example, it’s highly tuned for conversational search. That means search queries will use more keywords and the results will be more targeted.

The most recent update of Google is the Hummingbird and it has changed the reaction to a search query, and now it is emphasizing more on the content of a website. So if the content of your website doesn't have the quality of as per the Google's expectation then it will not show your website as a result of a search query.

The most recent update of Google is a Penguin 2.1, which affected some websites in good while to some in a bad manner. But once again it got proved that content is the king.

You are right buddy Penguin 2.1 has shown some mixed response, but I think this was better from the other updates, because in previous updates none of the site got anything to cheer but after this update some site owners have taken a sigh of relief as their site got up instead of getting hit.

The latest Google update is Penguin 2.1. It has affected many websites in both the manner that is positive and negative. But the main thing which came out from this update is that " Content is still a king ".  ;D

Hey,

Google recently released their new algorithm  'Hummingbird'.  There was not much destruction seen to the website rankings after this GoogleQuake as its primary  focus is on the voice and long conversational  queries.

"SEO is the QUEEN, Content is the KING".

Google latest update was Google hummingbird update. Many websites lose ranking after this update. To recover from this update remove all back links coming from low quality and irrelevant websites through Google disavow tool or you can also request the website owner to remove your website links. Increase social media presence of your website and get only quality back links.

Buddy Hummingbird has become old and after that Penguin 2.1 has came out, which has hit several website, and their ranking has fall down, while some got a positive response and their ranking got increased.
